Welcome to HRVART. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.


1. General
HRVART is an online retail and custom printing business based in Australia. We sell Croatian inspired apparel, accessories and custom printed merchandise.


2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

  • We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days


3. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from Australia 🌎

  • Australian orders: 3–7 business days (tracked)

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (tracked)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email

  • HRVART is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services outside our control

4. Custom Orders (HR Customs)

  • All custom orders require a deposit or full payment upfront before production begins

  • A digital mockup will be provided for approval before printing

  • Once a custom order is approved and in production, changes cannot be made

  • Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault on our end

  • Turnaround time is 5–10 business days after artwork approval

  • Rush orders are available — contact us for pricing

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund at our discretion

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition to be eligible for return

  • Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind/size.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos and content on this website are the property of HRVART

  • You may not reproduce, copy or use our designs without written permission

  • By submitting your own artwork or logo for a custom order, you confirm you have the rights to use that design

7. Privacy

  • We collect your personal information (name, email, address) solely to process and deliver your order

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties

  • Your payment details are processed securely and never stored by us

​

8. Limitation of Liability

  • HRVART is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed

9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
